Roaring noise and occasional creaking

Need help diagnosing 2002 Disco II issue: I have a constant low/medium roaring noise when my vehicle is rolling. Sounds like mud terrain tires rolling almost, except I have factory spec. Michelin Latitude All Terrain tires. In addition I have noticed that I have a loud creaking noise when turning. I am thinking possibly wheel bearings? Vehicle has original wheel bearings (which have never been re-packed) and 175k miles. Advice?

Wheel bearings are sealed units on D2, cannot be repacked.

Advice would be to check them. (jack it up and see if the wheel moves)
