Rodchester carb on series III

well after messing with the webber for over a year i have had it and now im working on fitting a Rodchester B carb off of a 1932 chevy on to my little rover. does anyone have any tips or tricks? i have read the write-ups on expeditionrover website. pics of linkage's would be cool too...........did i mention i have 3 days to complete this;)

Oh man, don't know how I missed this one. Sorry for not responding sooner but I may be able to help since I went from the Weber to a Rochester.

Shoot me over your email address and I'll take some pics of how I did mine and send to you if you still need help. Mine isn't perfect, but it works...so far. ;)

well thanks for all the input the pics are very helpful DiscoJen. i just got back from the cove sunday(you know...the Anti MAR:p ) but i did have fun riding and not having to worry about breaking anything. so it is time to get back to work on the series.

the carb already has a #52 jet, but until i get the linkage strait its kinda hard to adjust it to get the idol down.

anyway off to the shop:D

well i got the linkage setup and it works smooth, very short travel. it idols nice and smooth, but when i hit the gas it floods out, so im guessing i need to lean it out? i might call british pacific and order an assortment of jets
