Rotoflex or U-Joint? How to tell...

I understand that in 97 the DI's switched from rotoflex to u-joints...how do I tell which mine has?

Jen, Rotoflex is the one with the about 6" diameter by 1 1/2" thick rubber vertical disk conenected to the diff flange by three bolts.

When you change your oil. Right after you do any offroading that includes mud or water submersion.
