Upgraded the front drive shaft a few years back, now the rotoflex is failing for the 2nd time, what's the easiest way to upgrade to a U-joint back there? Not doing any serious off-roading, just need to sleep better when my daughter borrows the disco.

Yeah, well thanks. Did some searching prior to my post, saw that link. Not exactly a turnkey solution? I know I could call TW or Will or PT and such, but was looking for someone who has done this and sorta has the lowdown on a source for all the parts so I don't have re-engineer the wheel, right?. Thanks again for your effort......

thats the easiest and most factory way to do it.

next easiest is to put a front diff in the back

then maybe an entire axle swap to one that already has a flange.

I've done all 3, the spacer and flange is the easiest.

How much more Turnkey do you want it??
Buy the flange kit and a regular u-joint driveshaft. Unbolt the old, bolt in the new. The hardest part will be pulling the parts out of the Roto diff.
I made my own puller. Heat and PB Blaster and slow and steady.
