In the past 2 weeks, about every time I start up the D2 it will fire right up, idle at about 1100-1200 RPM for about 5-10 seconds and then start slowly decreasing the RPM until it arrives at its normal 650 RMP level but once it reaches 650 RPM the engine will begin to run rough and shake the entire truck. If I blip the throttle at all it will smooth out and the problem will go away until the next time I start up the truck. I can drive it and the problem will not reoccur until the truck has been turned off and restarted. It does it on both a hot and cold start. No check engine lights/ no codes.
Since this problem has come about I have removed and cleaned the IAC valve, cleaned the MAF sensor, replaced air filter, run fuel cleaner and replaced spark plugs with champion plugs (the plugs which were removed all looked fine). Truck has 100,000 miles, newer plug wires, original head gaskets.
