Gonna have to respectfully disagree with the statement that spline twist on an axle shaft is normal. I venture that yours are twisted in the exact location of where they exit the diff's side gears. Apparently without a sacrificial area of shaft (area where the shaft diameter is smaller than the side gear diameter), they have a tendency to twist there. The advantage of the sacrificial area is to disperse the load over a larger area rather than being concentrated at the exit of the side gear. I'm not expert, but this is what experts have told me.
Anyway, I have the same shafts. They've been twisted too since at least May 2012. I got mine third hand, having been already absolutely flogged by two crazies and now they've been turning 35's for 4 years on my truck. Needless to say, I've been happy with them and Keith is a great guy. Unfortunately all twisted axles are a ticking time bomb, but I'm going to ride mine out and replace them once they break. Not a good option for many people, but good enough for me.
