Oops....

All I need to do is smash up my tailgate and kill my fuel pump and I'll have it, right? :D

Craig and I are working out the details for a rematch.

Maybe both of you guys should buy some real tires. Then you would actually have other people to talk trash to!

Open class, Expedition class, and Soccer Mom class... I like it.

I'm going to dust off my 205/80's for next year.

I remember reading an article in some magazine written by a guy who used to do lots of wheeling in the 60s and 70s. He went on and on about how they were doing some of the same trails people do today just with ridiculously small tires and no fancy equipment. It was interesting. I've got 7.50s on my Rover. Have a set of 255/85s sitting around with the aim of putting them onto it once I put on my 2 inch lift; however, I'm not sure if I will ever put them on it since 7.50 or any of the 235/85 or 265/75 tires I've used have never done me wrong.

some people like cucumbers pickled.

i guarantee you will NEVER EVER keep up with me on roller skates.

times change. guys back in the day were probably pushing the off road envelope with their roller skate tires no different than formula 1 guys doing some crazy shit with antiquated technology. do you think ayrton senna could keep up with kimi raikkonen if they were driving their historically equivalent cars?????

No. I completely agree with times changing. I won't ever need larger than 32" because I'm never going to get to do crazy trails and beat on a truck the way I want to until I'm probably 41 and retired. I had the pleasure of flying Mario Andretti on a multi day trip. He wasn't into old cars as much as new vehicles because he loves the technology that they keep coming out with. Not that there is that much crazy technological advancements for off road goodies, but I will not get much more advanced past some taller springs and medium sized tires. I would love to have a vehicle with huge tires and a crazy suspension, but like I said I won't have time or need for that until I'm older, not working in the military, and living in one place longer than 3 years.

Mario Andretti is a douchebag. He lives 3 miles from me and I see him frequently. He always has that look on his face like he just sharted. His daughter Barbi and son Jeff are both great people.

Andretti is waaaaaaaaaaaaay over-rated as well!

1 F1 World Championship in 78 I think and a lack luster career afterwards. He was the first driving "personality" and capitalized off of that. Senna, Prost, Piquet, Mansell, Hunt, and Lauda all had twice as many wins and podiums.
