Row boat seat replacements?

I have a 1970 Lund row boat. Great little boat for small lakes. The wooden bench seats need to be replaced.
What type on wood should I use to replace them? Marine grade plywood or is there something better out there?

You could use marine grade plywood. Thats what I used for the floor in my 1970's boat. I sealed it using a polyurethane.

Or you could use Teak wood. More expensive, but it looks really good.

For sittin' in. Two swivel seats will be bolted onto the benches.

For this I would use treated plywood from Lowes and wrap it with short nap grey outdoor carpet that's also found at Lowes.
