...Really like this grill and side lights, anyone have clue where or how to do it?

I'm guessing either a custom grille from an aftermarket company or a one-off custom. Look like custom rims with wheel adapters too. That's not 6.5 on 5 lug spacing.

I know you can buy those front corner lights on eBay out of somewhere in the UK/Europe. I've seen them listed. I imagine the grill and taillights are made by the same guy.

The stuff you're talking about is made by RDX, the stuff in the photo is similar, but a little different.

My opinion but - the grill is fine, maybe even good. The side lights not so much and that bumper has the bubba lip bad.
