Is there a US source for RRC LWB galvanized frames?

Better yet, is there one that will import/has in stock galvanized frames with 200/300 Tdi engine mounts?

not exactly US but I bet dominic @ LR Salvage will make one for you.

Quite a few US outfits that could do this as well...LRS ws just the first thing that came to mind.

never heard of anyone selling new Disco or RR chassis. but there are lots of good ones around...

rotted out completely? no, guess the bodies tend to break in half and the b pillars flap in the breeze before the thicker metal of the chassis gives way.

Your biggest issue is the tub. RN had NOS rrc frames a while back on clearance, but the tub goes way before the frame. You can galvanize the tub (or at least I saw one that was galvanized . . . .

I think Paul Grant may even have a really good LWB frame sitting amongst his collection... Shipping it to where you are would be interesting.

Haha, yeah. I'm kinda all over the place right now. In law school at WashU in St. Louis, but NC is still home. Will probably end up in Atlanta, DC, or Richmond once I graduate in 2 years. Unfortunately, I'm still a few years off from a project, just doing some research to see what others have done and cull from D-web's vast pool of collective knowledge.

Ron, how's my fellow W&L alum doing? Where are you going to end up? PA?
