none of your fucking business
mason...i thought and thought and thought about the 2" lift for my truck.

It nearly drove me insane. Then I finally said screw it and went with the 3" lift and some 285s.

The 235s left me wanting more and I know now that the 2" never would have been enough.

Don't sell yourself short...unless you are actually short.

well matt...i fit 33s just fine on a 2" lift. remember DIIs can fit bigger tires more easily. i'm happy with the 2", but always have that "bug" to change. he already has the front 2" lift and rear SLS spacers and some stockish tires. his SLS stuff is starting to go out. everytime i see his truck parked on campus the ass-end is trying to kiss the ground.

My tires are stock. Yeah, I just want to get rid of the SLS right now. and I don't really want to shell out the money for new shocks I would need with the 3"

I just bought 3" OME springs through GBR 2 weeks ago and might go to the 5" from lucky. I have a friend who wants the front already so would have the rear available. I should know by Monday the 15th if I am going to do it. I will PM brummal and Michaels if I do as it sounds like a good round robin deal.

Danny- DO you know anyone running the Lucky 8 springs? I have the 3" OME also and since I have added a bumper, winch and battery I am considering a move up since I am now sagging alittle.

I dont know anyone personally running them. In fact I only have heard of guys from the East coast. I have front and rear bumpers, winch and portable rear hitch winch, rocksliders, diff guards rack and lights and then you add on few more hundred pounds of expedition gear and need the travel. I did do the Bilstien 7100's........ love the shocks and got longer ones in the case I didn't like the 3". I want more just down to cost. i have only had the 3 inch HD for 2 weeks and it...... well I want more.

Hope this helps Slatz. Pm Me next week or check back to this threasd and I will let you know what I think........

Highjack round 2... my bad.....

Sorry MBrummal.......... I have to wait a few weeks still until I can buy the new springs and stuff. If the 3 way deal still works then great. If not good luck on finding some springs.

Mbrummal............ I am buying Lucky 8 taller springs this month for sure. If michaels wants to do the 3 way swap I am in. It will be about 3 weeks before everything gets in and I can take the springs off. My 3 inch springs are just over a mont old from OME OLD man Springs. Let me know if tis helps. I am buying the taller lift either way so no rush on letting me know.

How tall are they from the center of the wheel to the wheel arch in the back? If michael doesn't want them I might just put them in the back of mine. Do you remember what number they are?

From center of wseel to arch in back is 22 1/8". I do have a Steel rear bumper and 33" tire.

Just so you know. I dont know the spring numbers. Bill at Great Basin Rovers or Shawn from there know the number. Its a kit from them they developed with Old Man Emu.......

Yeah, I will. It's only and inch higher than it currently is. Consider them sold.
Edit: how much do you want for them?
