Rusty Fuel Rail?

I found what I believe is rust while changing my fuel filter. I believe that my fuel rail may be rusty. I am planning on pulling the fuel rail and getting the injectors re-calibrated. If my fuel rail is rusty do I need a new one or is there something I can do to eliminate the rust and use it again. Are there any tricks or complications I should be aware of in pulling the rail and injectors. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If the rail is to bad I would get another. Will Tillery probably has several used ones he could sell u. He has a great reputation on this board and will treat u right. As far as taking it off I think its straight forward although I've never done it on my rover
