I'm on my second Saab. I'm happy to hear that Koenigsegg is going to purchase Saab from GM.

GM stole the soul of Saab, like BMW and Ford did to LR. Maybe it will come back. It has a better chance than if it were sold to some heavy manufacturing company in China...

Good riddance, General!

(I hope my warranty work is still covered.)

Of course it will never happen, but I think it would be cool if the heavy manufacturing company in china would put some heavy duty into hummer. Imagine a vehicle that was ugly, rugged, tough, and perhaps even military grade! Now that would be an awesome hummer.

It almost seems like that used to...wait...nah, I guess it was a dream or something.

Wow, how the hell can a super carmaker who builds 50 cars a year afford to by Saab? They also made an offer on Opel.

...fit just perfect for the Chinese military.

Fixed it for you.

Yes, happy to hear this news about Saab. I've owned three.

Did anybody check out the specs on the CCXR edition? 1018hp on E85 fuel! Funny about them trying to pass it off as a "green car". I wonder how the fuel ecomony is on a 1018hp motor :D

They mixed the technology amoungst the brands. Volvo got HDC from Land Rover. Style points from Land Rover on Fords, remember the interior shot of the P/U a while back. Jag engines in LR, Volvo engines, closing down the rover V8 line. Volvo is a good marque and it is luck to escape unscathed.

I'm glad I've got a Koenig winch on my Series! All I have to add is a segg and I'm golden....

The Chinese already have Beijing Jeep. Pretty rugged, ugly, and military grade if you ask me.

I think they're just going to find ways to make Hummers cheaper and keep selling them to fat rich Americans.

I had an 87 and an 89. Both three door, 5 speed turbos. Also had a '96 5 speed SE. All great cars.

I'd agree that GM did little to make them better, but the one I have now is tight.
