It does, but after a lot of hard DIRTY work and some patch welding, what is a good base rust killer before I paint?

i use purple power de-ruster (yes, thats what its called). or POR-15 is decent but the PP is like $6/quart. cant beat it.

oh, and wear gloves and eye protection (ask me how i know).

Nevermind I searched and found Advance has it. Hope it covers some of the undercoating/tar I could not get off.

sorry..site's been down for me. yea, advance is where i got it.
its nice as you can actually screw on a sprayer if you want.

i used a brush, be sure to pour it out of the bottle into a cup so as not to contaminate the remainder of the bottle.
