Seat belt Torx screw

I have to replace the rear seat belt latches on my 96 D1. I soaked it in PB Blaster, put a Torx head driver on my breaker bar, only to strip the screw. Any thoughts?

Drill out, re-tap and replace with grade 8 bolt
