Here goes another shock question. Anyone have any experience with Doetsch 8000 series shocks?

I know they're cheap, and I know the general D-web consensus on cheap shocks, but they seem to have a better reputation than Rancho and Pro-Comp.

I broke an OME this weekend and I can't afford the Blings, so I'm looking at my other options. I am planning to convert the lower shock mounts to loops (eyelets).

I've seen OME broken at the weld where eyelet meets body...I too have heard of/oogled the Doetsch 8000 , looks nice, I too wanna know who has tried them.

The problem is many of the other otpions come in either at a high pricepoint than the tried and true 7100s or are not established as a correct application. I was one of the 1st guys to try out a product with unknown results and I wont do it again unles i have a spare 'test rig', you end up affecting your vacations etc as you 'evaluate' some thing new
