I was driving the Rover today and noticed the temperature started to climb a little. (First time.) I then went to turn the heat on and noticed that only cold air came out. The temperature dropped at highway speed. I cheched the coolent and it looks pretty low. I will fill it once the the Rover cools down. I am guessing this is just a symptom of low coolent. Does this seem like a correct guess.

yes it can be. Sometimes low coolant will cause the heater to blow cold yet when you gas it it becomes hot for a bit.

Well I went out today and noticed my coolent was low again and I can not seem to find a Leak. I guess this could be bad. I have almost 130K on my Rover.

check all of the coolant hoses for pinhole leaks. the coolant will most likely evaporate from engine heat before it leaks to the ground.
