Hi,
w/ the problems I've had now and in the past I am swapping out for springs.

Question:
I have a 2" lift via springs in the front and the air bag spacer in the rear.
Can I use my old front springs in the rear w/ the rear spring seat attached to the 2" bag spacer? (I will drill and tap holes for the spring seat in the spacer or buy new bolts that will reach)

for those interested this time the air compressor will not turn on. (all my doors are closed, just replaced bags 1 year ago).

Thanks
Andrew

Don't try to shortcut this Bro !!

Get the spring seats at the dealer along with the bolts, and then get the rear springs that match your front ones.

I guess you've already checked the fuse for the SLS and the connections ????

I got rid of this crappy option the very second it became problematic.

ya, thanks. I'm sourcing the right parts now...
I wrote this in a little panic as I got to get it moving asap.
one local shop wanted $100 to tell me what was wrong. The parts will be about $260. So for an extra 160 I'll have it on the road again.

Ok to drive it w/o telling the computer about removing the SLS?

might kill the battery if it is trying to lower the car after you park it. Remove the compressor relay so it won't try to run and you should be OK until you can get it disabled (which you should)

You have checked the engine bay fusebox for the compressor fuse I "assume" ?
