socket size

What size socket is needed to remove the stepper motor on a '97 Disco? I tried a 5 and 6 mm and neither worked. The former was too small and the latter was to big. Thanks in advance for any advice.

If its not one of those, must be an SAE side allen wrench, eh?

I wish it would have been an allen wrench. Would have cleaned that sucker by now. Didn't know that they made a 5.5 mm socket. Guess I will have to check around tomorrow. I was thinking that it might be a standard size and wasn't sure what it would be. Thanks for the info!
