With a $375 50w solar panel (2ft x 2ft x 2in), you can run an Engle Fridge during the day, and if you have it through a good battery charger, it'll run the fridge most of the night with a good battery (Sears Platinum Marine).
I'm not sure how long the battery would last if you drained it most of the way every night. You'd definitely want a second battery anyway.
The solar panel might be nice if you aren't driving your truck during the day and want to keep the fridge going... Not sure it's worth the $650 for panel, controller and battery though.
