Solid Yellow ACE Light

Mine is on....has been for a while...not seeing any real driving changes..I think that the pitch roll is same as pre light...one time about a year ago it came on and went off the next restart...but as far as that no other issues.

The resivor is adequately full.

Apparently this isn't a common issue..has me worried..

Replace the fluid with new. That seems ti fix the yellow

Mine did this recently.

Diagnostics (Hawkeye) showed Error 0023 - Pressure Fault

I changed the Pressure Transducer on the Valve Block, that cleared the fault and the Orange light.

temporarily relieves the pressure is my take.

If there is a "pressure" problem, its a lot more likely to be the pressure transducer in the front of the block.......which are quite common to fail

Okay...so i haven't been able to change the fluid out...been busy work and all that. So the other day the light goes off...and I drive it...now when I turn left or right I can physically feel and hear the ACE work...like it's being real dramatic. It kinda sounds like a "Chunck" metal on metal every time it switched sides, like swerving left to right. Also sometimes it just goes crazy and rocks the truck left and right...and then the light comes on and it ends...If I slow the truck it gets really bad.

It doesn't effect driving to bad, ace works kinda like it should as long as I'm turning, it's if im going straight that it gets me.

Any suggestion?

Could be an ECU problem, they are also known to pack up with all sorts of weird happenings.

I would suggest you go to a dealer to have the ACE system fully checked out.
