SRS Light on in 1996 Discovery

SRS Light came on after i disconnectd and reconnected the battery. Trying to find an OBD-2 reader a can purchase or someone that can reset the module. I have investigated a number of scanners that say they will work but they do not. Anyone know of a scanner that will read this module or a service to reset it? Will a used one from another 96 Disco work without the need to program the Vin?

Not positive if the SRS diagnostics are different in your 96 but worth a look!
