Okay so my battery on my 95 Disco completely died and course my SRS light came on so it won't pass inspection here in VA. No one in the area seems to have the ability to clear it. Dealer used to but won't work on trucks older than 2012 anymore. Sarek in Richmond even says they can't. All because they don't have the correct scan tool. Thoughts?

I triggered my own SRS light by pulling the #14 fuse while the engine was on, which was dumb. I ended up just removing the instrument cluster and pulling the bulbs for the SRS light. It was just for my own sanity, though, since in GA we don't have inspections per se. Not sure about what exactly the inspection entails, but if you pull the bulbs they won't
see the light.
