Riddle me this Batman. Truck starts right up in the morning and if you start it within and hour of driving it. Otherwise it takes 2-3 tuns of the ignition switch to start it. Never more then 3 though. I'm thinking Crank Shaft Sensor (hopefully) or Fuel Pump (hopefully not). Any thoughts?

I would clean the MAF and the stepper motor and see if this helps. check to see if the stepper motor is regulating as it should and try to start with the throttle body partially open. see what happens

Fuel pump check valve. Fuel pressure regulator. Leaky injector. Check rest pressure between starts. Two or three turns is pretty good for an old truck.
