I looked at those also. I ended up buying a American Steelspan building. Which ever route you take make certain you know what the requirements for your locality are. You may need attitional engineering done( foundation plans.) that do not come with the building. Or the plans that do come with the building are so over engineered to cover all build loads for the entire country. You may be able to save money in the construction if you can change or omit some things that are not necessary in your area.

I will easily have as much $$$ if not more in the concrete/floor work than in the building structure. I have to run a seperate Electric service also. Even with 400 amp service in the house I would be pulling to many amps out of the house service for my comfort. Plasma cutter pulls 50 amps alone!

So try to figure all the little stuff also. I have 40 tons of gravel under the slab. my site needed some work also. I was able to do all the site work and save those $$$.

It all adds up quick!

Good LUCK!
