Steering box interchange ?

Hi D-web
After replacement of all the PS hoses, the steering box has decided to
leak.
In looking for a rebuild, I've found one for $230, but lists that it only
fits the RR classic and Defender, not the Discovery 1 (mine is a 99 SD7)
I found this odd - shouldn't it fit all three applications or am I mistaken?
The listing says interchange with STC2845R
Isn't that the same as for the disco?

The same box fits RRC, D1, and NAS D90 and D110.
The only difference may be the drop Pitman arm with a TRE built in - but if you can swap the Pitman arm, you should be okay.
