My 01 DII's steering gear has been making noise for a while. I sourced a new gear sometime last year from Will. Anyway a couple of weeks ago my PS pump grenade so I ordered a new pump and plumbing to go on with the used gear. I've got her all buttoned up and filled and bled, but it wants to turn full left lock. When turning right you are working against the PS. When driving it feels like there is no power steering when turning right and you would immediately be in the left ditch if you let go of the steering.
Do I just have a bad gear?
