Check mine out
Hey, just did my truck this past weekend. Check out the thread around here called 751/781. On my stock truck it ended up being 2" maybe just a touch more. I posted before and after pics if you'd like to check them out. I'm running stock length shocks and haven't had any problems. Got lucky with no driveline/vibration problems. I asked around for advice before I decided to do this and from what I have come to understand is that my stock shocks will wear out quicker because they may top out (bottom out)??? not really sure which terminology is correct. But with the Florida flat land driving that I do, I don't anticipate this to be a problem. So you are probably safe if you stay in the 2" range...but usual disclaimer applies...what is good for one truck isn't always good for another.
I got my shocks at TLR in Tenn as they are having a great sale until christmas. $200 plus freight. I am very happy with this combination so far.
