Can anyone tell me if the part the sunroof drainage tubes connect to are supposed to be removable?
My front ones are very mobile and potentially leaking.
If they are removable then I can just source those instead of a complete sunroof replacement.
the shop that had my truck failed to read anything on how to work on a land rover and all 4 of these have
black adhesive all over them and wiggle.
Rave does no list them nor show them at all. The just mention the drainage tubes.

they are removable but not available as an individual part that I know of.

If the tubes are intact you can remove that piece, clean it and reseal it in. Land rover used some shitty RTV that doesn't adhere to metal long term

They should be a separate item since they break.
I had to pop mine out and clean than use epoxy to set them back in place.
I also had to epoxy new tubes out of plastic straws since they were both broke.
After all that it still leaked but the water was in fact coming in where the actual sunroof sits on the roof. The seal was worn out. Used some household window trim rtv since it seems to not harden up like auto black rtv and remounted the sunroof.
Been good for a few months but have not put my headliner back in because I am not confident it will not leak again. Worst designed sunroof period in the history of sunroofs.

I've seen that happen before. It needs to be glued back onto the sunroof frame. It's a separate piece but not available without the frame. Clean it up and glue it back down with RTV or that shit they use for windshields. Put a good head in there cause you need to seal it

Thanks to you both.
JohnB, how do they pop out

Once you drop the drip tray and motor down the sunroof just pushes out. No need to even remove the glass, comes out altogether. Also make sure the tubes are even going out to the A-Pillars or going out to the rear. Mine seemed to flow up which was not real effective as far as water is concerned.
