superlock stuck

I have a 99 series II discovery that the passenger side rear door won't unlock and i believe is stuck in superlock. I can hear the actuator trying to cycle but it just won't come out of superlock. can anyone give any suggestions of how to get it to unlock so i can replace the actuator???

Yep, replace just that one actuator. My '03 all doors were in superlock and could only unlock drivers door with key. I replaced the inside fuse box under the steering wheel and I am now superlock free.
