Superwinch X9 Controller replacement

I ordered this controller off the Superwinch website. Supposed to be compatible. Opened it up about 4 months after I ordered it(so outside of the return window) and it in no way matches up. Anybody know which controller I should be using. I've emailed Superwinch but thought I'd try my luck here as well.

I have an extra controller that will use that plug. I have a friend that is from Columbus that could bring it up.

Summit Racing had very detailed photos of superwinch controllers when I was shopping for one, in case you are trying to figure out which part you need.

Impossible. I can see no way that these two pieces will ever connect. Look how little space is below the two prongs on the controller and how much space is below the two holes on the winch plug. Then notice the deep almost complete circular slot on the plug and the lack of a gap on the controller.

I have no idea which controller it needs. Superwinch has yet to reply to my inquiries.

Just checked out Summit Racing's site and looked at every picture for every winch controller and couldn't see one that looks like it would work on this female plug on the winch. I supposed I could replace that plug with this end?

I don't think you can buy this controller anymore so you would have to upgrade the connections to use the new ones.

Glad I was able to help out. I had been sitting on that controller because I bought a metal husky controller a few years back from EE.
