Swap out SE7 rear seats

I would like to get rid of the rear seats in my 99 D2 and install the cubbyholes. What all do I need and whom shall I contact about the parts? Possible straight trade if wanted.

The dark grey interior is what I have.

Forgot to add, I have rear AC if that makes a difference? Was the rear AC only offered with the SE7, if so that's going to be a pain..
