Swawping seats with LATCH

I just picked up a 2001 and apparently rear seats with the LATCH points for child seats were optional in 2001... I know I can just use the seatbelt but latch makes it easier...

I was thinking of finding a set of seats from a 2002+ that had them. I've removed rear seats in a D2 before and it was just a few torx bolts... is there any other considerations I need to make if I swapped the rear seats? I think the LATCH vehicles also have a tether point in the roof above the rear windshield... I'm guessing there is no easy way to add that... Also, anyone know if there is any difference between 2001 & 2003/4 rear seats?

I think all 2001 d2's have it? My moms does. I don't think it has the roof tether though, just extra latch points on the back side of the backseats. 03/04 has the roof anchor right at the very back door in the middle. but I can't remembering 01/02.

Just swap the seats, 99-04 all interchange as far as I know.

Middle of the rear door opening at the top the notch in the trim is the roof anchor.
