I'm tossing around the idea of getting disconnects, ATM i have removed my swaybars and funnierly enough it seems to handle on the road a bit better, before i removed them the car seem to wander more than usual but now is a bit better.

Anyway the reason for going to disconnects is the legality of having removed my swaybars more than anything, it being illegal to remove them:D

Oh they are really hard to find here for a DII hence my inquirey for US made ones.

I don't have ACE or SLS on my DII.

You can mod the JKS Jeep ones to fit easily, they are works of art. :)

I just drilled holes in each threaded end of one of the tie rods that go from the swaybar to the axle, and put some washers and hitch pins in...didn't see no sense in spending $125 for the JKS setup, cool as they may be.

The only thing I've noticed is that the truck has to be sitting more or less completely level in order to take those pins out. Don't know if this is so with JKS. Also, after about 8 months of use, I found that the hitch pins start to get a little bent from the stress. I think I used 3/8" pins, but I don't want to make the hole any larger cuz I don't want to risk breaking the threaded end off the tie rod, so I just get new hitch pins every 8 months or so. They're like $2.00 at your local Ace hardware, Tractor Supply, whatever...
