Mr Negre has been promising for more than a decade to be on the verge of a breakthrough.
ROTFLMAO...
What temperature is the air stored at? At what temperature will it be coming out?
Thermodynamics is your enemy, buddy.

I'm not a physicist, but won't energy be needed to compress the air in the first place? Where is the savings? Or is this nothing but hot air.....

Use a battery to start a compressor for the first 5 minutes, then as you drive it compresses air into one or more reserve tanks while taking the air from another, if not enough driving is going on, then the battery takes over again. I seriously doubt it would be good for anything but a small in-town car, but... It sure would be fun to shoot with a high-powered rifle! POP!

Yes, it's not like it is coming from nowhere. It is more or less like a mechanical energy storage device.
