T-case leak?

OK, I have cleaned everything off real well and still end up with oil drips coming off the lower bolts.
I can find nothing running down the sides, front or rear?
So I am going to pull the bottom cover tomorrow and re-seal it.

I guess my question is, has anyone else had the bottom cover just start leaking out of the blue?
Is this a common problem I have just missed reading about?

i know my day is coming to drop mine as well. For now, the leak isn't constant. I used the Tcase locked for about 30 miles on the beach yesterday and it's not leaking today, and it was 105 down there. So, I'm gonna keep an eye on it.

Well I dropped the bottom cover today.
The sealant was for sure allowing the oil to leak.
I don't know what it was but it was black and I could wipe it off with a rag.

Put it back together using "The Right Stuff" so hopefully this will put an end to it.

Mine leaks from the same lower bolts. Someday I'll address the problem, but for now I just add / check the diff oil every other oil change since it's not a gusher but just a few drips.

Keep us updated on your outcome.

Just poured a new driveway so leaks are not an option.
Besides with has hard as these are to fill I perfer to do it a little as possible.
So far everything looks good as soon as the rest of the engine oil I poured down the valve cover finishes dripping off I'll have a better idea.

Heading out for a trail riding and camping trip Friday.
1st stop PT's (if he has the time) to do a full brake bleed.
Than to Moab, Crater Lake, Redwoods, Columbia River Gorge, Glacier NP, Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore thru Wisconsin to the UP and back home.
Only got 3 weeks to do it with a rig with 130K miles.

I resealed my bottom cover and I still get leaks - on the support bar and on the parking brake drum - could it be the rear seal? Can you replace with the case in the truck?

The bottom cover seams to be dry and holding now - stopped 90% of my leak but still have some coming from the drum...?

most common leak is on the back face of the t-case where it bolts to the tranny. you will be able to look up there and just see the end of the round cross shaft. Now you can try to clean it up and mush some right stuff up there, but I rarely have any luck doing that. I always make it a point when I take off a tcase to thoroughly clean and seal this spot up. In fact I have one drying as i type this.
