On my '03 the driver side tail light has about a quarter inch of water in the bottom portion of the blinker.:ack:

I haven't had time to take if off to look at the cause....I have the steel guards.

Has anyone else had this problem or know what it could be?

Thanks

Well I had the same thing in mine and I ended up taking it out and dumping out the water and letting it dry out. I eventually had to buy a new one cause it had a small crack in the back and it let moisture in.

It might not be sealed off tight if there are no cracks on it.l

My '99 D2 passenger side taillight lens fills or fogs every 6 months. When I first bought her I removed the lens, wiped the tears with Bounty and then blow dried her. The clear lens lasted 3 weeks until the next rain storm. I read a thread on this board where one of our afflicted brethren pumped more silicone than Pamela Anderson's plastic surgeon. He eventually gave up and drilled (the lens that is, a small hole, preferably in a low spot).

I had problems with my headlights and turn signals.

Take them off and put silicone around the seals they tend to lose their seal over time and while you have them off throw the tail light guards away before they cause any damage. IMHO
