Tail light question

OK..so I just picked up my disco (98) after I traded my Land cruiser and I am tracking down the drain. I have t narrowed down to the lights. When I pushed the fog light button, the tail lights and dash lights stopped working....so I know theres a bad wire somewhere in that section.

For the life of me..I can not figure out which fuse is for the tail lights?

I also have a fast flash on the signal bulbs...so I assume that is more of a bulb problem than wiring.

Any help is greatly appreciated so I can get this lifted and ready to wheel. Stopped by RTE today and placed my 3" lift order and grabbed my bumper...so hopefully this transformation will happen quicker than my last build

Rear fogs or front fogs?? Do bulbs work, none burnt out? Usually fast flash is a burned out bulb. Need to know difference front or rear?

Not sure..its the fog switch near the heat/AC controls...not on the steering surround.
It was too dark for me to start pulling stuff apart, but in the morning, I'll be unplugging the glovebox light and checking for any shorts out back in the lights or trailer harness.
I'm not sure, but I don;t think its the headlight switch since I can jiggle it plenty with no change to the loss of light???

OK...so I replaced the fuse in the engine compartment that controls the tail lights and dash lights (marked as side lights) and checked all of the bulbs for corrosuion and cracked wires. I did clean a few bulbs and change a few...but there were no cracked wires or bare wires grounding out.
So far so good...the fuse has held..even when I switch the fogs on....so I either caught it, or it will resurface when its dark out :(

I did notice the drain in the rear passenger tail light section has allowed some dirt etc..get in from the upper safari windows...so possibly some the short could have come from that.
