The Sickness Continues

So after much looking (and disappointment) I finally found a decent Disco to buy. I had travelled hours and hours away from home trying to find a decent RR Classic to no avail. I cam to grips with the fact that a decent RR Classic was not available within my budget so I started looking at Disco 1s and IIs. Now that the 1s and 2s are getting old, they are starting to get rather worn. I looked at many, driving for many miles on the owner's word that their rig was worth the drive only to be let down. I gave up looking for a while......on a whim (months later) I looked at CL for used Rovers near me. Low and behold this one was available and in my price range!


I'm back in the game.

Thanks. It's a 2000MY with 184k, but the top end has been rebuilt (HG etc) and it has great compression numbers. It was obviously well maintained.


I got it for $4500.00


It already has a 3" OME lift, 5 black LR wheels, new Nittos, RTE rock sliders, Rovers North front winch bumper, Rovers North rear steel bumper (brand new, but needs to be put on) and various other tid bits.

I've always been partial to green LRs (as you know), but this particular shade has been hard to come by (at least for me).


Maybe in the future, but for now I'm digging the green and black look.

I've always thought the 03/04 16's looked a little off on pre-facelift trucks. The steelies look great on that color
