Tire pressure for Good Year Wrangler HP 18"

Can anyone tell me what is the "best" tire pressure for the Good Year 255/55/18 tires

The sticker on the doors says: Front 28PSI and Rear 46PSI

The truck manual says: Fron 28PSI and Rear 38PSI unload and 46 Loaded.
