I just recently put 265/75/16 michelin muds on my 94 disco with a 3" rovertym lift. The only rubbing issue is in the front when i turn the wheel all the way in either direction i get some rub from the inside rear part of the tire. heres a couple pics:

I put 265-80-16 TSL Radials on mine last week!! They look killer and ride pretty good.
I havent taken any pictures yet but plan on it tomorrow. I will post some up.
I am running the CB lift with the little rubber EE spacers on top and bottom of the springs. It came to about a 2.5 inch lift.
I did cut some off the front bumper and a decent bit off the rear fender to keep my old 265-75-16's from rubbing. I am also running both swaybars which help alittle.

A guy at my work runs those exact tires with a 2in lift. Ill get pics Monday for you. I know he has a safari guard bumper other wise I think you would need to trim the plastic bottom. And he has a RTE rear bumper. I know he also trimmed his rear quarters.
