I have a TJM Aluminum front bumper for sale for a 99-02 D2...may fit other trucks, not sure. Was originally just brushed aluminum, I coated it with truck bedliner and its held up really well, could use a coating to brighten it up a bit before you install it. There is one scuff mark on the driverside wing, barely noticeable and underneath there is another pretty much non-visible part with a small bend near the Hidden Winch Tray area. The TJM bumpers have been hard to come by for a while....Pick up or you sort shipping and pay associated costs. I'm in Dayton OH.

$650.00 Firm.

I like these bumpers and have been looking for one for a while for my 04. Do you think the bend by the winch area would effect how/if the winch could be mounted? Any idea on shipping costs to 28801? Going to URE in Oct.?

Way back when Denny at HLC made a winch tray for a friend's '97 D1.

Use a winch tray. I had one of these and was able to track down one through 4wheel parts. I just started calling people and they had a few on the shelf so I would try calling places. Granted it was 5-6 years ago. The design is much better than an arb because of the winch tray. No matter how hard I cranked down on the mounting bolts and crush can bolts I could still rotate the bumper but it wouldn't rotate it by hand. If you were mounting directly to the bumper I would weld the crush cans and weld a support to where you mount the winch

I'll snap a pic of the small bent bit for you, no it won't affect anything to do with how the winch tray and winch install...I have no idea on shipping costs, when I bought it I picked up in Canada. It's light being Aluminum, if you want to check Greyhound for acceptable dimensions they are cheap or a freight company like Estes. Forward air is an option as well, I've used them. Pm me your phone number if you are serious and we can figure out the best way to get it to you...Love Asheville -Where can you wheel near there? I'd be up for a wheeling weekend and maybe we could work a deal that way...

Ok, thanks for the info! Yeah, Asheville's great! There are a few places around to go, and several others within a few hours. PM on the way with my phone number. I'll be around tomorrow afternoon.
