Is TLR still in business?

I noticed that they have a recent website update and it lists that they are now open w-f. I've been trying to call all morning long but it just rings and rings and rings. When I call their toll free number it says it's been disconnected (unless I fat fingered in the wrong number).

I don't want to give up too soon on Bill and would like to give them the business. But if they are DOA then I need to move on quickly and get my parts.

Any idea if they are still around and just not answering their phone?

Bill is still in business as far as I know. He could be out of town or something.

Thanks Scott, it's just really weird that his toll free AND his fax numbers have been disconnected. And there is no voicemail or message on his local line. :(

Apparently, there is a bad run of 3rd/4th syncros so the UK suppliers are yanking them off the shelves. Which meant my order I placed 2 weeks ago got cancelled. That explains why RN wanted $300 for one when they are typically around $120.

I just gave up trying and called RDS instead; I'm very glad that George had some old stock of them! And at a decent price. I gave him the heads up on the issue from the UK, so his price may be going up shortly, too. Hope I'll have it by the weekend, supposed to have a few minutes of decent weather here and there and I'd love to get that gearbox back together. Mmmm new trans mounts to boot.
