(TN) 2001 Black Discovery II SE, 2" RTE, BFG MT KM2, 135k miles, Runs great, amazing.
Up for sale is my beloved 2001 Land Rover Discovery Series II SE. This rover is great condition and has been modified for off road use. It has 135k miles on it, and the engine has always ran strong without problems. Which I believe is very fair without even considering the mods done. All the mods on this Land Rover are only 4 months old, and costed me $2500 just in offroad parts. The engine is in perfect condition and is running great, I have never had an ounce of trouble out of it and it has been well maintained and taken care of every since I got it.
Oil regularly changed (synthetic), recently had new spark plugs and wires put into it, and new intake and valve gasket. Engine has always ran strong and never gave me a problem, only reason valve gasket was replaced is cause it developed a small leak, and I just wanted to upgrade spark plugs and wires while intake was off. I have service records from Land Rover all the way up to around 100k, and then I have receipts for all the service I did myself afterwards.
Its been offroaded about 4 times total, and I just don't do this Land Rover to justice, and I am at a time in my life where I need to sell this. No rust or anything like that, this is a southern car.
As for offroad mods:
2.5" OME lift with heavy duty RTE springs
32" BFG Mud Terrain KM2s, 5 of them (one on spare)
Center locking differential installed
Slickrock Quick Disconnects
Land Rover brush guard
Hella Rallye 1000s, Black Magic
Factory Land Rover rubber mats everywhere, including cargo.
Magnecor Competition spark plug wires (great wires!)
Warn receiver shackle bracket for recovery, with lock and key.
