tool chest???

i have a 96 rover disco I and want to put some sort of tool organizer or tool chest in the truck space. Any one have any ideas for somethign sturdy and large enough to handle basic tools and offroading equipment??

Milk & Coke crates? Ammo cans? Plastic organizers? Something you build from wood? The possibilities are endless. There are truck bed organizers available commercially, but you'd probably have a hard time finding one that fits a Disco.

In my 95 I use

Light as a feather (well almost) empty, fitting neatly between the wheel arches with room to spare, its large enough to all my off road kit, plus food supplies, grill, chainsaw etc.
It has handles which are necessary to secure the trunk to the vehicle.
I use ratchet straps threaded through the seat belt anchorages to secure it.
