Are you looking for a two strap or recovery strap?
I use a lightweight strap, 15-20k, for towing, like a car off the road, and a different heavy duty strap for recovery.

Buy a recovery strap. There's no reason to have a "tow strap" AND recovery strap. You can use a true recovery strap for static(towing) as well as dynamic(snatch) recovery. (Many recovery straps are sold as "tow straps" as well.)

Look at the ends of a strap. Long overlap and high stitch count is what you want. The loop end should be twisted on itself or doubled up. Again, ANYBODY can get/make the nylon for a strap, it's how they're put together that separates the good from the bad.

I use my tow strap when on pavement, where it's more likely to get damaged. Cheaper to replace.
Obviously if you only buy one, a recovery strap is the thing to get.
