Towing with aftermarket tires

Has anyone here towed with aftermarket tires like the nitto's or coopers? I want tow a RRC on a 16 foor car trailer from northern MS to Nashville which is about 4 hours, I'm worried about the weight making the rear tires rub the fenderwell on the littlest bumps. any help would be great
