Traction Control Problems

I did the B fix for the 3 Amigos and now I am having issues with traction control kicking in on dry pavement. Prior to fix ABS, TC and HD lights were on but no issues with traction control and driveability was good. I scanned ABS system and it indicated left rear sensor not indicating any speed. I replaced the sensor and it is still not reading any speed while the other 3 sensors are ok. I am also getting an intermittent signal from RH rear sensor saying output it low. I am going to try and check all of the wiring. This is on a 2004 Discovery 2. Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be the issue.

Sounds like you are on the right track. Note that if you replaced Just the sensor and not the hub the air gap between the sensor and the reluctor could be incorrect. I always replace the sensor with the hub. Doing the shuttle valve repair should have nothing to do with wheel speed sensor signal. its just the computer reading ohms to ground through the abs modulator.

I ended up having to replace both rear hubs. Problem solved and all lights are gone. I used scanner live data function and noted that one wheel was reading 0 speed so traction control was kicking on. I found that both of the rear hubs had poor signals likely due to wheel bearing issues.
