I have a good solid 1.6 LT-230 transfercase that I'd like to trade for a 1.4

Talk about it, people.

For those who don't seem to be aware of this:

If you pulled the LT-230 out of a disco, it is NOT a 1.4

1.66's were in 2.25 and 2.5 petrol and n/a diesel defenders. All the NAS Defenders had 1.4's . What do 5spd Disco's have ?

you're right Dave. So 1.4's are slim pickins. I sold one to Ron Brown/ Evilfij back in Oct. He may be willing to sell it outright since he didn't have an immediate use for it.

It is sitting on the passenger side rear floor of my LWB. Been there since MAR.

Money talks so to speak. I do have a future need for it. MY 110 project has a 1.2 and I wanted to put in the 1.4 and then put the 1.2 in the lwb, but now I think I am buying an F250 so screw the LWB.

Jack,
You may look up Robert Davis from Chesapeake, VA. I'm not sure how to contact him, but maybe Pendy knows....???? He may be the guy you're looking for.

I was just at his house the other day, with all the stuff he's got laying around his shop I'm sure he has something there. Send me a PM if you want his contact information.
