I was looking at this atlantic british harness:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390283668499&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT

I know I can just splice in a cheap unit from walmart, but is there a source for the correct plug. I'd like to get the cheap walmart harness and correct plug so I can do a clean install with no splicing.

might be a long shot but hey, you never know

The Connector is the same as the one used on the TD5 Defender 12N Towing Harness, you can sometimes pick those up cheap(ish) on eBay UK.

The Connector is a Sumitomo DL Sealed Series - 090/187(2.3/4.8mm) – HYBRID, 9-Way Male Housing, Part No. M(6195-0173)

You will also need 7 x 090(2.3mm) and 2 x 187(4.8mm) Male Terminals, with the appropriate Wire Seals for each Terminal, and 2 x 090 Cavity Plugs for the two unused ways.

I can provide the Part No's for the Terminals, Seals and Cavity Plugs, as well as the Female Connector components, if you want them?

Good luck trying to buy a new single connector anywhere - I've been trying to get hold of a small quantity of this, and other, Sumitomo Connectors for a while now and I'm not having a great deal of joy :(

You could try this place - http://www.sumitomoconnector.com/index.html

"SumitomoConnector.com is a US distributor of Sumitomo Connectors. We stock many connectors and may be able to help you with the typical problem of manufacturers demanding unreasonable minimums for small projects.

Our sales staff is standing by to help you with any questions. Call us toll free at (804) 915-7201"

SumitomoConnector.com appears to be part of Ballenger Motorsports -

They don't list the connector on their website, but they may well be worth a call.
